European development ministers are meeting in Brussels on Tuesday 7 May for a Foreign Affairs Council specifically devoted to development. They will discuss the recovery plan drawn up by Kyiv to benefit from EU financial aid (see EUROPE B13375A10), the humanitarian situation in the Palestinian territories and the EU’s engagement in fragile contexts or contexts that are politically estranged from its international partnerships.
